ARNECC was formed under an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) in 2011 for the purposes of coordinating a national approach among the states and territories to the regulation of an electronic environment for completing conveyancing transactions.
To ensure its focus on this objective and to communicate its priorities in achieving it, ARNECC maintains a Strategic Plan.
The statement is reviewed regularly as part of ARNECC’s strategic planning process.
