QLD Operating Requirements Waiver OR5 - 2024
Subject to conditions, the Queensland Registrar grants ELNO(s) a partial waiver of their obligations to comply with Operating Requirement 7.3.1(g) regarding the requirement for ELNOs to take reasonable steps to ensure that they have a legally binding agreement with any Supplier, which includes certain undertakings by the Supplier, so far as it relates to NECDS Ltd as a Supplier.

Subject to conditions, this partial waiver provides relief for ELNO(s) in relation to their obligations to comply with Qld Operating Requirements relating to the Subscriber Identity Verification Standard, in particular Operating Requirements 14.1.2(b)(i) and paragraphs 9.1(b), 9.1(d)(ii), 9.2, 9.3 and 9.4 of the Subscriber Identity Verification Standard in Schedule 7 of the Operating Requirements.
