In accordance with its Stakeholder Engagement Policy (PDF 117.4 KB), ARNECC conducts consultation with industry stakeholders prior to any substantive change to its publications.
Consultation may be conducted on amended versions of:
- Model Operating Requirements (MOR)
- Model Participation Rules (MPR)
- MOR Guidance Notes
- MPR Guidance Notes
- Smartforms.
For those consultations, ARNECC will publish Consultation Drafts of the relevant documents and set a time period for submissions. Wherever possible, Consultation Drafts are published as both clean and marked-up copies with the marked-up copy in each instance showing the amendments proposed to the previous version.
Key stakeholder groups are generally invited to make submissions and all industry participants are welcome to make submissions.
Following consultation, amended versions of the relevant documents are published under Publications and a table of the issues raised in submissions and how they were dealt with is published under Feedback.
ARNECC may also consult with stakeholders on developments or topics prior to ARNECC consulting on potential changes to the eConveyancing framework. In these instances, ARNECC may publish a Discussion Paper about a particular topic and invite comment from stakeholders and industry participants within a set timeframe.
