ARNECC may publish a Discussion Paper on a topic relevant to eConveyancing and seek stakeholders’ views before consulting on potential changes to the eConveyancing framework. The consultation will assist ARNECC in understanding stakeholders’ views on the matter.
Consultation with industry stakeholder groups and participants plays a key role in ensuring the eConveyancing framework remains effective. When consultation is invited in response to a Discussion Paper, written submissions can be made to [email protected] by the due date.
